KRATAO

Kratao is a shirt that has a loop sewn to the collar that securely holds eyeglasses or sunglasses. Kratao in greek means ,'im holding.' As a 1st generation greek it made sense. Chris Canelos ,owner of an eyeglass store on Cape Cod, (sia optical) came up with the idea when many of our customers where losing glasses while on vaction, usually while on a boat. Having 3 kids, sia, sofia & cecilia, chris also needed an easy way to carry & swap glasses while on family vacations. It worked great! And became his go to whenever we traveled. We started selling kratao in our eyeglass shop, and it has been very well received. Interestingly, before getting into the eyeglass buisness, chris was an art student that had a passion for making t-shirts. KRATAO has become the microcosm of his career, comibining eyeglasses & t-shirt making. Please help us grow our idea. Everything starts wth an idea.
